Calculation-First AI Astrology, Bazi & Life Strategy

Yes 😊 Personal birth charts are free and need no sign-in or credits, and supported sections include free helper explanations. AI readings cost 10 credits each, or are included with Pro Max. Verify your email, then tap Claim to receive your first 10 credits. All verified accounts, including paid members, can claim 10 credits once per day, up to 10 claims (100 credits) per calendar month, including the first claim. Failed readings do not use credits. Full personal reports, compatibility reports, and paid follow-ups normally use credits, and you will always see the cost before confirming. Want more credits without buying them? Open Credit Rewards: invite one new friend through your link and, after both accounts verify email, 65 credits are added automatically once per inviter account. You can also submit an original OpenFate social post for review and earn 65 to 250 credits per approved post. The maximum is roughly US$7 in current store value because the 250-credit pack is currently US$6.99.

Sign in, open your avatar menu in the top-right corner, and choose Redeem Code. Enter the code there to claim its reward—it may add credits or unlock a Pro Max experience.

Do not worry—credits are reserved first and only consumed after a report is saved or a chat reply succeeds. Failed, timed-out, or interrupted runs are returned automatically. If Credit history still shows a duplicate entry, or you need help with an accidental renewal, open Billing and email the support address shown there with the approximate time and what you expected versus what happened so I can check the account record.

One-time credit packs never expire and do not auto-renew. Subscriptions do renew until you cancel future renewals, and their included credits refresh daily. You can review your balance and, where available, manage future renewal in Billing; current options are listed in Pricing.

Yes. With the applicable paid PDF access or credits, open a completed report and choose More → Download PDF in the report command bar. PDFs are downloaded one report at a time, so you can keep exactly the reading you want.

Raw chart calculation is completely free! You can use Bazi Chart, Astro Chart, Ziwei Chart, Vedic Birth Chart, Human Design Chart, and Sukuyo Calculator without signing in or using credits. Supported sections also include free helper explanations. Full AI reports and typed or suggested follow-ups normally require sign-in and credits, with the cost shown before you confirm.

Yes. You can choose Bazi Compatibility, Astro Compatibility, Ziwei Compatibility, Vedic Compatibility, Sukuyo Compatibility, or Combined Compatibility. They compare patterns, needs, boundaries, and ways to communicate—not a fated verdict, a breakup prediction, or a guarantee that two people should stay together.

OpenFate keeps each system’s calculation conventions explicit instead of quietly mixing them. New charts show their relevant basis; older saved reports may carry a legacy or unknown-method note. • Ziwei Doushu uses the Zhongzhou School (Wang Tingzhi lineage): Zhongzhou placement rules, the Wang Tingzhi Four Transformations table, Life Master by birth-year branch, and Lunar New Year as the year boundary. • Bazi uses the classical Zi Ping method, with True Solar Time support and month pillars set by solar terms. • Western astrology uses the Tropical zodiac, Placidus houses, and Swiss Ephemeris positions.

Different systems use different inputs and conventions, so compare like with like. • Bazi: True Solar Time, historical time-zone/DST data, solar-term boundaries, and the selected 23:00 or 00:00 day boundary can change a pillar only when the adjusted moment crosses a relevant boundary. • Western astrology: it uses civil birth time with the historical time zone; OpenFate does not apply Bazi True Solar Time or a Zi-hour day boundary to the natal chart. Birth-time uncertainty mainly affects the Ascendant, angles, and houses, while faster bodies such as the Moon may also move. • Symbolic stars and schools: included stars and placement rules can differ by declared school. Align the birthplace, time zone, calendar, school, and boundary settings before comparing results, then treat narrative interpretation as a separate, subjective layer.

It can affect both the chart and the interpretation because Ziwei schools do not always use the same placement and transformation rules. OpenFate declares and consistently applies the Zhongzhou School (王亭之 lineage): the Life Master follows the birth-year branch, the Four Transformations use the Wang Tingzhi table, minor stars follow Zhongzhou placement, and the year boundary is Lunar New Year rather than Lichun. Another app using Sanhe or another table may therefore show different stars or palace relationships. Compare the declared school and settings first; do not assume two different charts must lead to the same conclusion.

Start by checking the calculation inputs and settings: (1) whether you entered the Gregorian (solar) or lunisolar (lunar) calendar; (2) the birth time, timezone, historical DST, and True-Solar-Time toggle; and (3) the selected day-boundary or school rules. A few minutes change a pillar only when the adjusted time crosses a relevant boundary. If the birth time is unknown, the Ascendant and hour pillar cannot be treated as exact, so we suppress the Ascendant rather than guess. If the chart facts still differ after the settings are aligned, compare the displayed rules with another calculator or contact support. If the chart matches but the narrative does not, treat the interpretation as subjective rather than assuming the input is wrong.

Yes! OpenFate Bazi MCP is open source and gives developers and AI agents deterministic tools for Bazi charts, True Solar Time, Da Yun, lunar conversion, and branch interactions. The repository also includes a portable SKILL.md so compatible agents such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor know when and how to call those tools.

That message can appear after a connection problem, server error, or timeout. Wait a moment, check your connection, and retry once. Credits reserved for a failed, timed-out, or interrupted run are returned automatically. If Credit history still looks wrong, open Billing and email the support address shown there with the approximate time so I can check it.

This can happen when formatting or delivery is interrupted. First check whether the reply or report was saved, then wait a moment and retry once if needed. If the request is recorded as failed, its reserved credits return automatically. If a malformed result was saved or Credit history looks wrong, use the feedback controls or send a private support request so I can review the record.

Before paying to ask again, make sure you are in the right report chat and turn the question into one clear decision, timeframe, or set of options. The cost is shown before you send. If a charged reply is clearly unrelated to your question, please use its rating or feedback controls—or leave a private message below—so I can review what happened.

OpenFate processes birth and chart data for the service purposes explained in the Privacy Policy, such as creating the results you request and keeping the history you choose to save. When you are signed in, birth details, charts, generated reports, and chats may be saved so your history can sync and reopen. Some recent guest inputs may remain in your current browser so you can continue where you left off. You can remove supported items or delete your account; see the Privacy Policy for retention and controls.

No. OpenFate does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary service providers—including AI providers when you request an AI output—may process relevant information to operate, protect, and support the service; that is not a sale. The details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Signed-in saved people, reports, and chats are attached to your account so they can sync and reopen. Guest recent inputs may stay in the current browser. You can delete readings where the control is available, clear a report’s conversation, manage AI Memory, or permanently delete the account from Settings. For access, correction, export, or deletion help, email hi@openfate.ai; limited billing, security, tax, or legal records may still need to be retained.

AI Memory is on by default. When enabled, it may save brief facts or preferences you mention in chats to personalize future chats and reports. You can review, disable, or delete it in Settings. It is separate from visible report-chat history, and the Help Guide does not automatically read it.

Use them for reflection and planning, not as a guaranteed prediction. Depending on the feature, OpenFate first calculates chart or divination facts with rule-based engines, then AI helps explain the result; the explanation remains interpretive, not scientific confirmation or a real-world probability. OpenFate does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice—please use qualified professionals or emergency services for serious decisions.

Hi! I'm the founder of OpenFate 😊 The idea started pretty simply: my love life was going badly, I paid for a reading, and found the process expensive, inconvenient, and hard to understand. I thought, 'Maybe I should build the tool I wish I had.' OpenFate aims to calculate the chart first, show the rules behind it, and use AI to translate that evidence into plain language. It will not decide your life or promise the future; I want it to be a simple, thoughtful, low-barrier tool for self-reflection, with clear privacy controls. And yes—development, design, and support are still mostly just me. Haha!
